Jeremy Roberts was an AWESOME sales consultant. I contacted him before my purchase, and knew right away that him and I would get along great and that this would be one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. When I met him, he lived up to every expectation. I am a younger guy with a "No bullshit" attitude. If I dont like what I'm hearing, I will walk. Its my money and your car till I purchase it. With Jeremy, there was no bullshit and nothing but an enjoyable experience! I have been able to text him on his cell phone, and his responses are prompt and accurate. Every person I ever meet that is interested in a GTI or other Volkswagen will be sent to Jeremy. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, driving ability, enthusiasm, and attitude.
After I bought the car, I was detailing it at home, and noticed two door dings in the fron and rear fender. This is no fault of Jeremy, but more so the detail department. They should have noticed these and brought them to my attention. I promptly called Jeremy, and the problem was fixed three days later. I had a loaner car and got my car back in excellent condition. I thank everyone involved for making it right! You have earned my business for life. Unfortunately, you are not near my home, so bringing the car to you for service would be out of the way, but because my experience has been so enjoyable, I will buy another car from you someday and I will recommend your dealership and Jeremy to anyone interested in your product line.
I work in the aviation industry, and the company I work for prides itself on outstanding customer service. Jeremy should be commended for HIS outstanding customer service! If he was a pilot, I would hire him on the spot to join our Team. You should be proud to have him on yours!
