Stay away from sara s. Not sure how the other dealers are but she is as fake as they come. She sold me an 07 Eclipse and told me if there was any problems not to worry because they would tow it to there shop and fix it. Sara wont return any of my phone calls. I left messages for the store. Nobody is interested in helping me. My cars ignition wouldnt work and sat in a parking lot for 24 hours. Luckly i had a friend who fixed it for free. Funny thing is i get emails from sara telling me if i ever need anything to call her. Well ive been calling and still no word. Shes your best friend but once the car is sold shes never heard of you.

I drove 2.5 hours to go to Pat Mcraths. Wow! These guys are top notch when it comes to making a deal!!!! I worked with Denny and Brent. They are two of the best car salesman that i have ever delt with. They put me a truck right away, that they know I would want. And after 20 car lots and a year and a half later, I drove the truck I WANTED off the lot. These guys have my bussiness now and in the future! Thanks Brent, Denny, and Paige for all your help, and I hope I see you guys in the near future.

I bought my Pontiac Grand Prix from Pat McGrath a few years back. Have been very pleased with the car. A couple times have had it serviced and always been pleased with the service I received and the friendliness of the staff. Recently had an issue with my car in that when the left turn signal shut off, the brights would flash on. Also when trying to shut off the bright lights the switch had to be toggled quite a bit for it to shut off. After talking to several shops for quotes, many licensed mechanics, and researching it on the internet - discovered that this was a known issue with many American made cars, and that it was a multifunction switch. While the part isn't expensive- the labor to have it fixed is due to having to tear the steering wheel out. I called service and set up an appt for the car. I told them that it needed a multifunction switch replaced. They told me that they thought I should have a diagnostic run first which would run $75-125. Since I was confident that everyone I had spoken with said this was a known issue, that I was ok to schedule without the additional cost. The person I spoke with at the shop was rather curt with me after I indicated I was confident this was the issue and indicated fine but if it doesn't work you're out $300. I took it to the shop - after replacing the switch i went to go pick it up. I asked if that had solved the problem. Was told - "no way to tell, I guess you'll be able to tell when it gets dark". The gentleman was very curt and didn't come across as helpful at all. When I got into the car I was able to test it immediately while still in the shop and found it had solved the issue. to my dismay though, something had occurred during installation of the switch and now half of the LCD screen on my radio was dark. I called them over to look, they insisted this was no result of their work and the radio must have been bad before. The radio display was fine before I took it in. He offered no solution and basically blew me off-poked at the display a few times, shut the car off, turned it on and said not sure what was wrong with it, but it wasn't a result of this service call. This experience leads me to believe that since I turned down the upsell (i'm sure the mechanics with their experience knew it also was the switch since every other mechanic I spoke with and every internet blog indicated the same) and instead played the part of a knowledgeable woman who had done her research first put me at a disadvantage. I was disappointed to see that further research wasn't done to find out also why my radio display was now also not working. I understand trying to upsell, but as the client and the person footing the bill I don't believe an unnecessary service was pushed so hard. I was very disappointed in the service and the fact that now I need to find a place to figure out why the radio display is now not working. All my past experiences have been excellent so I was disappointed to find this experience was less than acceptable.
