I went to Berterra to get a new vehicle. I had a Jeep I was more than excited to trade in.. Every time I dealt with other local companies to get a vehicle it was a complete Nightmare.. My Salesperson Matt Martin was great.. He went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle. With the overall transaction so far, I would definatly refer and go back again to this Company.

My experience started when I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima. The salesman Brian Buffiano did an excellent job. He went over all the features of the vehicle and made sure I understood how to operate everything. I spoke to him approx. 4 months ago regarding an Altima but I had to convince my husband we needed a new vehicle. I went back to the dealership because I liked Brian and also because it is convenient to Worcester where I work. I was a General Motors fan and employee in GM dealerships for over 33 years so I really didn't know what to expect from Bertera - especially because I didn't work there. So far, I have to say I am completely satisfied. I had my first service done this week and couldn't believe how quickly I got in and out. The service staff is great. From the sales dept. and Brian, to the service staff - I am thoroughly impressed. I hope my Altima gives me years of good service. So far it is great and the dealership is great. Just bought a 2010 maxima--utterly love the car. This is the 5th maxima I've owned and the vehicle just keeps getting better. Was very happy with the entire sales process and just have 2 criticisms that arose from the financing and choosing "service options". With regards to the Guidepoint security system, the finance manager wrote down a 35% savings on a deductible. This was why i opted for it. In reality, the vehicles security system already gives you a 20% discount so the Guidepoint only adds 15%. Secondly I was not informed that the Guidepoint came with an annual contract. If I'd known this I would not have had it installed.

Well I bought a car from Bertera Nissan and my sales person was Moises Quinones its was a great experience so good that i bought two cars already from him he have extensive experience of the product and I send to him 4 referals from my friends and family and they are very happy with there vehicles so its good to have someone like him as a salesperson, thanks.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience at Bertera. The staff at the dealership was courteous,very profesional, friendly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the value and quality of the vehicle we purchased. We would certainly recommed Bertera Nissan to our friends.
