My fiance and I had an overall satisfactory experience at Off Lease Only. On the drive down to Lake Worth we contacted the dealership and spoke with Ralph. From the first conversation Ralph was very helpful and patient. Once we arrived to the site, we were immediately able to view vehicles and we appreciated that Ralph allowed us take our time and there was no pressure. We are rating with 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems as if once we picked out a car to purchase, we were "passed along" and we didn't feel the same level of customer service that we initially felt. Additionally, this does not pertain to Ralph directly but it seems that because we came with the intention of financing with our personal creditor, we received abrasive treatment to ensure that the dealership received their money (this was re-iterated over and over again to the point where it was borderline offensive). While I understand that there are people out there with intent to defraud, we were not those people. We are honest, law-abiding, responsible citizens. Your company should be able to treat each customer with dignity and excellent service while simultaneously protecting your assets. We walked away with a beautiful vehicle for a great price. I am willing to do business here again in the future and I would recommend that others do the same.

It was my first time buying a car and I did my research and chose Metro Honda. The salesperson, finance guy, and the general manager were all very nice, and no one was pushy. I love my new Honda Civic it's beautiful! I also checked out their facebook updates, they do so much for Jersey City! I am def. sending all my friends here.
