I came in to Frank Myers with some pretty specific requests. Ken listened to everything I had to say and assured me that he would do his best and he wanted me satisfied. After a couple of visits because I was undecided, Ken found the vehicle for my daughter that made both of us very happy. Ken spent a lot of time with me, sold me a SUV that I am thrilled with and I would refer anyone to see Ken. He even remembered my birthday because we talked about it and called to wish me a Happy Birthday. That is great customer service.
