Need 60K checkup done. Scheduled online. Met w/ Vince the next morning. Very knowledgeable, nice and very out going. Made me feel like part of the family.  Next morning after picking up my car, Vince called me to let me know there maybe another unexpected issue w/ my cam shaft bolt. seems they were doing another 60k and noticed it was made of alluminum vs steel. I was able to return & have everything finished under 15 minuets as promised.  Woulkd recommend Keffer Service Dept & Vince to all.

After reading excellent reviews in Consumer Reports I decided to stop by Keffer Hyundai to look at the new Genesis. My inclination was to buy the new Audi A-6 3 liter but after a test drive with Chip Conley, I decided to learn more about the Hyundai and Keffer.  Chip did a great job making me feel comfortable about the whole process and I'm pretty hard to please!  A nice touch was the donation Keffer makes to Wounded Warriers for each car purchased during Memorial Day weekend.  That, along with the feeling I was getting pretty much the same performance and quality of the Audi for $10,000 less, convinced me to purchase on the spot!  Everyone I met in the process from Chip, to Dwyane, Steve and Peggy were true professionals and I look forward to a long, positive relationship with Keffer Hyundai. Go by  and talk to them if you are thinking about a new BMW, Audi, Acura or Mercedes.  You may be as surprised as I was!  Don Justice
