My experience at off lease was excellent. Jamie is a great guy who dealt with my difficulty in deciding what vehicle I wanted. He was very patient and understanding. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. I know I will return for another vehicle in the near future.

Matt made the car buying experience a delight! He gave us plenty of information and added a personal touch! I liked how comfortable the H and H showroom felt. The staff did an excellent job returning phone calls and having the cars we were interested in ready to go as soon as we walked in the door! Overall, Matt and the team score very high remarks!

WOW!! What a GREAT and VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE it was for me to buy my new 2010 Genesis Coupe from Keffer Hyundai! I am a 100% COMPLETELY SATISFIED and VERY IMPRESSED customer! I had been seeking a certain and very specific 2010 Genesis Coupe since April 2010. Apparently I had missed my boat, so-to-speak, so I figured I had to patiently wait until the 2011 Coupes came in.
I went to the dealership Saturday night, 08-28-2010, approx 7:30 PM, simply to LOOK at the NEW 2011 Genesis Coupes that were starting to come in. I DROVE out of there a little while later with a BETTER version of that 2010 Genesis Coupe I had been searching and waiting for since April! My Salesman, Josh Goodin, and his Manager, JB, both made the sales transaction very EASY, SIMPLE TO DO and FAST! (It actually took LESS than a 1/2 hour!) THANK YOU! Josh and JB! You are great people to do business with! You certainly DID take good care of me...as you BOTH had PROMISED back in April! THANK YOU, Josh, most specifically, for taking the extra time, care and genuine effort with me realizing what a "perfectionist" I can be with all of my cars...especially my new "BABY," the 2010 Genesis Coupe! I am very appreciative of that!

Buying a new car has always been my worst nightmare, but the minute we walked into Gartner Hyundai my wife and I were greeted by our salesman, Eddie Gawli, who made our entire experience a pleasure and without the "usual" pressured sales pitch. If we rated our salesman it would be a 10. From Eddie, we also had the pleasure of finalizing our agreement with Scott, the Sales Manager, who was very calm, direct, and made our decision easy as he covered all the bases and was as upfront with us as anyone could be. The rating for Scott, also a 10... Then we had to finalize our experience with finance and Joe also made this portion of our experience pleasurable and easy. Joe, not to be left out also rates a 10. To end our review, we went from nightmare to a very warm, personable experience at Gartner and would definitely return or refer to this dealer ship and the people who work there.
