Good Service!!!

I had a absolutely terrible experience at two major dealerships. I started by speaking to Adriana online and she brought me to Bob Dimanno. Within two hours I am walking out with a car. With the payments and down payment I wanted. I have to say the service so far has been exceptional. I will recommend Key Hyundai to everyone I know. We even got donuts because we were starving!!!!!Thank you again Tricia Bogue...

My husband and I went car shopping on a Sunday because we did not want to be bother by a salesman. Come to find out later that we did not have to worry about that at Everett Chevy. We found one we liked and came home and looked it up online to get all the details. We were sold. I went back Tuesday to look at it and that's when Sim Hamby came over to help me, which was wonderful he was so helpful. That's when I called my husband and he met me back up here after work to test drive and sign the papers. We had just had a terrible experience the week before at Mooresville Ford so we were a bit stand off, but Sim Hamby reassured us that we would be in good hands here. He couldn't have been more right. We left with our new to us 2008 Chevy Tahoe LT Z71 4X4 that night. My husband and I have alread told all our friends about Everett Chevy and how we will never buy from anywhere else. We were referred by my husbands co worker and he was right. I would like to say Thank You to Sim Hamby for the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever recieved. Thanks!

My wife and I purchsed our third Hyundai from Gartner Hyndai this week. We enjoyed meeting and working with Ken Braxton who made the whole purchasing experience a pleasant one. Jason was very helpful, getting me the vehicle I wanted. He spent several hours over 2 days working on a match for me. I wasn't looking to trade in my 2008 Hyundai, but after driving a 2011 Sante Fe, I was ready to upgrade. The whole experience was very comfortable and pretty painless. I would recommend Rosen Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. My first purchase from Rosen was 2 years ago and was a used 2008 Tucson.
